Ingredients:

250 gm = 1 ½ cup Boiled Potato
1 kg Spinach
2 litres Water
Salt as required
10 gm = 2 ts Corn flour
30 gm = 2 Tbs Ghee
25 gm = 5 ts Chopped onion
25 gm = 5 ts Chopped ginger
5 gm = 5 ts Red pepper powder
3 gm Chopped green chili
10 gm = 2 ts Cream

Recipe:

  • Wash spinach, cut it in small pieces and then boil it in salty water for 10 minutes.
  • Get the spinach separate from the water and add copped potatoes and corn flour in it for gravy, cook it for 10 minutes. Corn flour makes it thick and juicy.
  • Fry onion and ginger in butter in a separate pan for one minute, add green chilli in it.
  • Now mix it with potato and spinach. Cook it for 5 more minutes.
  • Garnish it with cream and ginger and serve it
    with roti.
