Ingredients:

  1. Almonds (chopped in slices) 500g
  2. Ghee 200g
  3. Milk 200ml
  4. Sugar 500g
  5. Small Cardamom in powder 6g
  6. Saffron 1g
  7. Silver papers

Preparation:
Make paste using almonds and a little milk. Then fry that paste in ghee until it start reflecting the silvery shade. Then put milk and sugar in it and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat, until the paste becomes thick. Then turn off the heat and mix small cardamom and saffron in it. Now cut it into 4 pieces and put these slices in a tray. Now put the silver paper on these slices and wait for it to be ready at normal temperature before serving. This sweet dish can be served to 4 to 5 people. The preparation time is 30 minutes. Cooking time is 20 minutes.
