Candin Recipe Ingredients:

Rice (soaked) 1/8 kg
Manioc 1/8 kg
Nuts seeds 1tbsp
Almond 8to 10
Pistachio 8to 10
Full cream milk 1kg
Khoya 1/8 kg
Sugar 1/4 kg

Candin Preparation:

Pour 1/4 kg milk into a blender jug, add into it the soaked rice, soaked manioc and nuts seeds and blend well. Place the remaining milk over stove after adding sugar into it and bring to boil. When the milk starts boiling add into it the blended mixture and almonds and pistachio and cook well till the thickening of dough. Switch the stove off and bring it to cool and then serve the delicious candin.
