Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Rice
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Boiled Kabli channay
1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
one piece Cinnamon
6 Cloves
4 Green chilli
10 Black pepper
1 ts Gram masala
1 ts White cumin
Salt as per taste
2 ts Milled garlic and ginger
1/4 cup Cooking oil
1/2 ts Milled red chilli

Directions:

Get the onions fry in cooking oil and add tomato in it.
Add garlic, ginger, cloves, green chili, black pepper, gram masala, salt and red chili in the fried onions then cook it for few minutes.
In this mixture add 1 ½ cup of water, channay and bring to a boil.
When it start boiling then add rice in it and cook it until the water get dry.
The final step is to keep it on low flame for ten minutes.
Rice is ready and should be served with ryta and salad.
