Ingredients:

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Green chili 1 (chopped)
  4. Eggs 2
  5. Coriander as per your taste
  6. Garlic powder ½ tea spoon
  7. Ginger powder ½ tea spoon
  8. Turmeric powder ¼ tea spoon
  9. Red chili powder ¼ tea spoon
  10. Salt as per your taste
  11. Black pepper powder as per your taste
  12. Oil 3 table spoon
  13. Sugar ½ tea spoon

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a cup except oil. Add the oil in the frying pan and make it hot. Put the mixture of Cheela in the frying pan and spread it by shaking the frying pan. Leave it for few minutes on low flame and take it out when it changes into golden shade from one side. Repeating this process make more Cheelas and serve them with different kind of sauces.
