  • Garlic Paste………………………………………………………20g = 4 tsp
  • Mint Chutney………………………………………………………135 ml = ¾ Cup
  • Carom/ Thyme Seed…………………………………………..8g = 1 ½ tsp
  • Farina/ Rice Flour……………………………………………..20g = 4 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder…………………………………………3 g = ½ tsp
  • Butter/Oil………………………………………………………..For sliminess
  • Cumin Seed Powder……………………………………………10g = 2 tsp

Fish Tikka Recipe:

  • Mix yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, white pepper, cumin powder, spice mixture, salt, lemon juice Mint sauce and white flour.
  • Then add fish pieces in this mixture and place them for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Then apply fish pieces on grills but at first preheat the oven at 175?C/350?F.
  • Fry them for 8-10 minutes and apply butter on it.
  • When they tenders, serve them with chili Sauce.
