Dhabay Ki Mirchi Wali Murghi Recipe in Urdu

½ Kg Chicken Boneless
2 tbsp Coriander (Chopped)
1 tbsp Vinegar
20 Curry tree leaves / BayLaef
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Red Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 Green Pepper (Chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (Chopped)
1tsp Salt
¼ Cup Oil


Add corn flour, vinegar and soya sauce and make a paste of it. After that apply this paste on the chicken and keep it for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil on the stove in a larger sized bowl and add bay leaf in it and cook themuntilthe steam starts coming out.
Now add onions and keep frying until they become golden brown.
In the next step, add ginger garlic paste, red pepper and spiced chicken and cook for more 10 minute.

After cooking it for 10 minutes add ginger, green pepper, salt and honey. At this time we have to keep it on the stove, finally when the recipe is ready, add lemon juice in the end.
Sprinkle some coriander on it and your delicious dish of DhabayWala Chicken is ready to be presented to your guests.
