- Water 400ml
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Corn flour 100g or ½ table spoon
Mix corn flour in the water well enough. Now add yellow color in it. Then cook it on low flame while constantly shaking it with a spoon. Take it off the burner, when it becomes thick and shiny. Then put it in the “falooda” machine and put the machine on a tub of cold water and press tightly until the “falooda” comes out easily in one piece. Now refrigerate the “falooda” and serve it with the “qulfi”. You can also enhance the taste by putting “rooh afza”, “keura” and rose water in it. The “falooda” is ready now for 4 persons.
