Ingredients:

Few Cloves
1/2 cup Ghee
3 Green cardamom
3-4 tbsp Oil
4 Black cardamom
1 tsp Spice mixture
1/2 kg Mutton
6 Green chilli
2 Cinnamon
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Kewra flowers
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 Bay leaf
250g Yoghurt
Salt as required
1/4 tsp Cumin seed

Directions:

  • Heat the oil in a pan, then put ghee and when it turns brown, add garlic ginger paste, mutton. When the water of the meat gets dry, add black cardamom, bay leaves, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper powder, cumin seeds and cinnamon.
  • Fry the above mixture for few minutes, put in yoghurt and after exactly 5 minutes mix milk, salt and gram masala.
  • Take chopped green chillies and ½ ts of a mixture of equally weighted black & green cardamom and nutmeg.
  • Mutton Korma is prepared to serve.
