Mutton Shahi Korma Recipe by Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

1 kg Mutton
1 Tbs Gram masala powder
250 gm Yoghurt
1 Tbs Turmeric powder
20 gm Almond
½ ts Nut mug powder
100 gm Fresh cream
2 Tbs Red chilli powder
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
2 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Chopped mint leaves
1/4 cup Oil

Recipe:

  • Fry garlic, ginger paste in cooking oil and add mutton in it.
  • Add gram masala, coriander, mint leaves, turmeric powder, nut mug, salt, red chilli, yoghurt and one cup of water in mutton. Cover it with the lid.
  • Boil almond, pistachio and peel them off.
  • When the water becomes dry and meat tenders then add cream, almond and pistachio in it and fry it.
  • Tasty Shahi Korma is ready.
