Ingredients:

1 kg Mutton
2 tsp Garlic (Chopped)
5-6 Green chilli
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Spice mixture
1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 kg Tomato
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
2 tsp Red chilli Powder
Salt as required
1 tsp Coriander seeds (milled)

Directions:

For this simple recipe of Pahari Karahi, you have to heat the oil in a medium sized pan then add green chilies, mutton, garlic, ginger, chopped tomatoes (half) and fry it on the intense heat. When the mutton gets brown, take it out and put it in separate pan.
In that separate pan, add some oil, remaining tomatoes, 2 cups of water, gram masala, black pepper powder, coriander, red chili powder, salt, cumin seeds and mix these all ingredients. Bring a boil to it, dim the flame and cook until it turns to brown.
Present it with sliced ginger and green chilies.
