Pakistani Achari Gosht Recipe Urdu

1/2 kg Mutton
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
4 Lemon
Salt as required
Few leaves of Curry tree
1 Cup Oil
10 Red Chili
3 Onion (Chopped)
8 Garlic (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Yoghurt (whipped)
1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Nigella seeds

Chilli Ingredients:

6 Large Green chillies
1 tsp White cumin seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Brown mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
Salt as required


Take a saucepan, heat the cooking oil and fry chopped onion in the oil. Take out the fried onions in a separate dish.
Put the meat, turmeric powder, salt in the same pan and soak it.
After that, add garlic, ginger, coriander, fennel seeds and one cup of hot water to tender the meat.
Check the meat is cooked or not if it is cooked then mix red chili, yogurt, lemon juice and let it to be shallow fry.
Now come to the filling of green chilies. Fill the green chilies with fried fennel seeds, coriander and aniseed.
Final step is to garnish the meat with filled green chilies, curry leaves and cover the pan for few minutes.
Spicy Achari Gosht is ready to
dish out.
