Spicy Chutney Aloo Recipe in Urdu

600 gm Peeled potato
10 gm / 2 tsp Garlic and Ginger paste
5 gm / 1 tsp Fresh mint leaves
5 gm / 1 tsp Cumin seed powder
30 ml / 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
8 gm / 1½ tsp Coriander powder
3 Green chilies
8 gm / 1½ tsp Red chili powder
100 gm / ½ cup Chopped green coriander
100 ml / ½ cup Cooking Oil
Salt to taste

Blend the fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, green chilies and chopped green coriander and lightly grind it to make it slightly like a paste. Take a heavy pan, heat the oil in it, put the garlic and ginger paste, peeled potatoes in it, fry for 2-3 minutes, and then put the cumin seed powder, coriander powder and the red chili powder in the pan. Keep the ingredients frying and add 250 ml water and salt to it. Bring a boil to the broth and then cook it until the potatoes are soft. In the end, put the mint leaves and lemon juice paste in the pan that we had prepared earlier and fry the entire content for another 4 – 5 minutes. Your Spicy Potato Sauce is prepared and is ready for serving.
