Ingredients:

Chicken as required
1 ½ tsp Kesar/ Saffron
1/2 Cup Ghee
180g Onion
2 Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
12 Cloves
5 tsp Ginger Paste
6 Green cardamom
4 tsp Red Pepper
25 g Garlic
2 ½ Cup Chicken stock
Salt as required

Directions:

  • First, grind the saffron and dissolve it in four Tbs of water. After that, put cinnamon, cloves and green cardamom in the pan made up potter S clay, it will make your food tastier.
  • Fry all these spices, add garlic, onion and nutmeg in these spices then fry again to get them brown.
  • Add chicken, garlic and ginger paste with salt and red chilli powder. Add water to cook it, until the water gets dry.
  • Then put chicken stock and cook it on intense heat. Cover the pan with the lid until the chicken cooked properly. Sprinkle saffron on it and the dish is ready.
